Red Brick Grill & Bar is a casual Asian Fusion barbeque restaurant specializing in beef, pork, and chicken barbeque. In order to differentiate ourselves from existing Korean restaurants, Red Brick Grill & Bar will reduce the number of menus significantly, and it will concentrate on a certain number of menu items which are well known by the public. The management is very confident that this will allow them to provide better quality food to the public. As you may know, the most well-known Korean dish is Kal Bi which is beef marinated in soy sauce and other seasonings. Red Brick Grill & Bar will focus on creating several menu items that spin off from the Kal Bi style.
